QUERCETIN: is one of the most important bioflavonoids, active ingredients with antioxidant action that protect cells from the harmful action of free radicals. In addition Quercetin acts as an antihistaminic by stabilizing the walls of cells that release histamine, the main cause of allergic reactions. Lastly, the anti-allergic action of Quercetin is linked to its action on the recruitment of leukocytes and on the regulation of the balance between Th1 / Th2 lymphocytes.
